Steps to Wellbeing Interventions Guide

The illustration below depicts different interventions that may be helpful for staff facing wellbeing difficulties, dependent on different circumstance, levels of distress and previous interventions used. The majority of us require increased emotional and practical support in all areas of our life when faced with wellbeing difficulties, and this is illustrated on the bottom tier of the diagram. Only a small percentage will require formal support from high intensity psychological therapies, as illustrated on the top tiers of the diagram. Whatever the intervention that is right for you, it is important that you can access it at the right time. This is why our wellbeing call is so important, ensuring that the right people are accessing the right service at the right time.
